Job summary

Liftec Express is seeking a New Business Sales Executive to grow its lift maintenance contracts across the Andover, Bath, Southampton, Swindon and Reading territory. You will be field-based with a competitive base salary and uncapped OTE, plus car allowance and monthly mileage reimbursement.

This pure new business role requires proven B2B lift service & maintenance sales experience, a robust network, and the drive to build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Track record of winning new B2B lift service & maintenance customers.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills.
• Consultative, relationship-led selling with SPIN approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your prospect pipeline across target territories.
• Target decision-makers in property management, facilities, building ownership and main contractors.
• Take opportunities from first contact through signed contracts and tender submissions.
• Conduct site visits and consultative customer meetings; prepare proposals and commercial submissions.
• Lead tender submissions and negotiate long-term maintenance agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting; collaborate with operations for smooth handover.
