Job summary

Allianz UK is seeking a Lift & Crane Engineer Surveyor to join a nationwide network of engineering inspection professionals. You will carry out statutory inspections across industrial, commercial and construction environments, building relationships with customers and managing your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a mechanical engineering-related discipline.
• Experience working with lifts, cranes, materials handling equipment or similar mechanical plant.
• Full UK driving Licence.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out statutory inspections of lifts, cranes, lifting equipment and related plant across customer sites.
• Work independently across your allocated area and manage your inspection schedule.
• Provide expert guidance to support safe and compliant operations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and participate in ongoing technical development.
