Job summary

Lucid Support Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Technician to provide field IT support across multiple schools. You will deliver first and second line support, troubleshooting hardware and software across diverse systems, with regular site visits and travel between schools.

The role requires the ability to work independently within a team, handle varying workloads, and deliver practical solutions. A full driving licence is essential for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a similar IT support role.
• Experience across hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line IT support across multiple school sites.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure and deploy IT hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to users with varying levels of IT knowledge.
• Attend scheduled, ad hoc and emergency site visits as required.
• Identify and resolve issues across a range of IT systems.
• Work independently to troubleshoot and find practical solutions.
• Collaborate with wider IT teams and school staff.
