The role covers planned and unplanned site work, with travel and hotels provided where needed, and requires strong customer-facing skills and IT knowledge to ensure service excellence across diverse enterprise environments.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Field Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple workloads.
- Customer-focused approach with commitment to service excellence.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests to ensure issues are resolved.
- Build and maintain relationships with business users to ensure service delivery.
- Promote the IT Team and share knowledge in internal meetings.
- Support others to meet objectives and participate in problem resolution.
- Investigate and resolve desktop issues to maintain business continuity.
- Escalate to the 3rd Line Team when needed and provide status updates.
