Job summary

Lucid Support Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Technician to provide across-site IT support for a network of schools. The role involves first and second line support, hardware/software installation, and regular travel between sites to resolve issues.

The successful candidate will join an experienced IT team and support users with varying levels of technical ability while working both independently and with wider school teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a similar IT support role.
• Experience installing, configuring and deploying hardware and software.
• Confident communicating with users at all levels.
• Willingness to travel between sites and work across multiple school environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line IT support across multiple school sites.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure and deploy IT hardware and software.
• Provide user support across varying levels of IT knowledge.
• Attend scheduled, ad hoc and emergency site visits.
