turn IT on is seeking an ICT Consultant to support schools across North London, maintaining hardware and services and improving ICT provisions for teaching and learning.

The role involves travel around London and includes an annual travel card as a company benefit. Candidates should have at least 2 years’ ICT Technician/2nd line support experience, preferably in education, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in ICT Technician/2nd line support, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and explain technical issues in layman’s terms.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and manage technical issues affecting school operations with robust solutions.
• Install or repair computers and networked devices; diagnose and fix problems.
• Provide desktop support for users and manage ICT services across sites.
