Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking an IT Field Technician to install, maintain and repair technology across offices, classrooms and homes, while providing proactive end-user support to help our teams create brighter futures.

You will visit sites across the South East; a driving licence is required. You will diagnose and resolve issues to keep systems running and work with our in-house clinical teams to support our young people.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Experience supporting iPads, preferably in education.
• Solid networking knowledge for basic connectivity issues.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software basics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair technology across offices, classrooms and homes.
• Provide daily end-user IT support and troubleshooting to staff and students.
• Visit sites across the region; drive to multiple locations is required.
