Job summary

Opus People Solutions Limited is seeking a Field IT Technician to deliver first and second line IT support at offices and on client sites across Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk with regular travel to local sites, once or twice a week and occasional visits further afield.

You will deploy devices, configure Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, diagnose hardware/software issues, and maintain ITSM records while delivering responsive customer service.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Relevant IT qualification is desirable (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support at offices, sites and remotely.
• Own incidents through to resolution and update ITSM platform.
• Build, configure, deploy, replace and recover laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and other modern workplace technologies.
• Perform device health checks and plan proactive replacements.
