You will handle asset management, imaging, spare parts coordination, and network connectivity tasks, including AV/ conference room support and VIP incident handling, with vendor coordination and on-site services.

- Hardware replacement and OEM/warranty coordination
- Asset management, tagging, imaging, and GAMS-related activities
- Depot and stock management
- Smart Hands support for engineering/lab environments
- Network, LAN/WAN and connectivity support
- Conference room, AV, and VVIP support
- Server room and network Smart Hands support
- Local printer support
- Incident and Service Request management
- Vendor coordination and dispatch-site support
- Cybersecurity and vulnerability-related on-site support
- Knowledge Article, SOP, and site-specific documentation
- VIP support and critical incident handling
