Job summary

NatCen is recruiting a Field Interviewer to work in Brighton on a part-time basis. You will visit selected addresses, conduct in-home interviews on health, housing, transport and everyday life, and record responses using a NatCen device.

No selling, just listening and gathering real experiences to inform policy and services. This travel-based role offers flexible weekday, evening and weekend interviews, paid travel time, mileage reimbursement and a DBS check.

Qualifications

• You don’t need previous research experience.
• What matters is your ability to build trust, ask questions clearly, listen carefully and represent NatCen professionally.

Responsibilities

• Visit addresses across an assigned area to carry out in-home interviews.
• Record responses accurately using a NatCen device.
• Travel as required, with route planning support and training provided.
