Job summary
Quickline is recruiting an Installation Engineer to connect rural communities to our superfast broadband. You’ll be out on the road, on-site with customers, and responsible for delivering high‑quality installs that look right and function reliably.
You will need experience in a similar role, knowledge of FTTP/FWA, a full UK driving licence and the ability to pass a DBS check. A customer‑oriented mindset and safe working practices are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role, FTTP/FWA knowledge preferred.
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors when installing.
- Strong customer care and communication skills.
- Valid full UK driving licence and DBS check.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high quality standard of installation at customer premises.
- Liaise with customers on installation route and final appearance.
- Maintain safe working environment with strict Health & Safety practices.
- Carry out installation surveys and evaluate delivery options.
- Document installed equipment details and capture photos for records.
- Provide excellent customer communications and exceed expectations.
