Job summary

Quickline is expanding its team to install and connect rural communities to superfast broadband. You will install equipment at customer premises, liaise on the installation route, and ensure a safe, high-quality outcome.

Must have a full driving licence and be comfortable working at heights. DBS checks are required; on-site parking and a range of benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with FTTP and FWA connections.
• Comfortable working at heights and able to climb ladders.
• Full clean driving licence is required.
• DBS check will be passed or in place.

Responsibilities

• Installation at customer premises to a high standard.
• Liaise with customers on installation route and final look.
• Maintain a safe working environment per Health & Safety standards.
• Carry out installation surveys and consider options to deliver service.
• Document installed equipment and capture installation images for records.

• Maintain a high quality standard of installation both internally and externally at our customers premises.
• Liaise with customers regarding the intended installation route and how the finished installation will look.
• Manage a safe working environment considering Health & Safety at all times.
• Carry out installation surveys competently and consider all options to deliver service.
• Document all installed equipment information and capture images of the installation for infrastructure records, support team use and our quality process.
• Provide excellent levels of customer communications and strive to exceed expectations.

• You have experience in a similar role - Ideally with an understanding of FTTP and FWA connections.
• You are comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders is no problem for you.
• Customer care comes second nature to you.
• You have a full clean driving licence and can successfully pass a DBS check.
