Job summary

ADWConnect Ltd is looking for an experienced IT professional to provide 2nd/3rd line helpdesk support and on-site visits to customer sites across North West London. The role requires strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, AD, Exchange, and networking, with the ability to handle IP/SIP telephony tasks and cloud platforms.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential. A driving license and access to your own transport are required to enable regular customer site

Qualifications

• Proven 2nd and 3rd line IT support experience.
• Experience with helpdesk and desk-side support.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of IP/SIP telephony and data networking.
• Ability to work remotely and maintain discipline without supervision.
• Advanced communication for writing, presentations and customer interactions.
• Develop solutions that provide value added benefits to customers.
• Listen to and understand customer needs with high emphasis on satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of company and competitor equipment.
• Must have a driver's license and own transportation.
