Job summary

Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician for Falkirk (FK1). You will oversee daily fibre installation and repair work, often outdoors, while delivering high customer service and adhering to safety standards.

The role includes surveying, testing, and troubleshooting, with the potential for regional travel and overtime. The ideal candidate is physically capable, holds a UK driving licence, has good health and safety awareness, and may have prior telecoms experience.

Qualifications

• Physically capable for outdoor, wiring, and climbing tasks.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Basic DBS check is required.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Telecoms experience preferred; training provided.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for fibre installations/repairs.
• Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
• Maintain high levels of customer service with residents and clients.
• Perform full fibre installations including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections and assess feasibility with safety/regulatory compliance.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to performance improvements.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address risks in the field.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
