Job summary

Circet UK in Kelso is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to organise fibre installations and repairs, work outdoors in all weather, and maintain high standards of customer service.

You will survey, test, and troubleshoot the full fibre installation, conduct site inspections for feasibility and safety, and collaborate with the team to deliver quality results while adhering to Circet's safety standards.

Qualifications

• Physically able to perform demanding outdoor telecoms work.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• DBS clearance.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Telecoms experience preferred; training provided.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Commitment to health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule for Fibre installations/repairs.
• Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions, potential adverse weather.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents and clients.
• Perform full Fibre installations: surveying, testing, troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address potential field risks.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally to maintain relationships.
• Handle additional tasks as needed by management.
