Job summary

Circet UK in Bromley (BR1) is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to install and repair fibre networks for residential and commercial clients. You will survey, install, test, and troubleshoot, with emphasis on safety and quality while working outdoors in varying weather.

The role requires a clean UK driving licence, strong customer-facing communication, and flexibility to travel. Normal hours are 40 per week with occasional Saturday work. On-site position with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecoms or field service is preferred.
• Ability to travel and work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong problem-solving and surveying skills.
• Good understanding of safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule to ensure timely fibre installations.
• Perform full fibre installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility, infrastructure conditions and safety.
• Maintain professional interactions with residents, clients and third-party stakeholders.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to performance improvements.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and report risks promptly.
