Job summary

A leading telecommunications infrastructure provider in Woking is seeking dedicated Service Delivery Technicians to install and repair full fibre broadband at residential customer premises. The ideal candidate will excel in a physically demanding role and possess strong customer-facing skills, with the opportunity to earn a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 once qualified. Comprehensive training and equipment, including a van and fuel card, will be provided, along with a company pension and yearly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to excel in a very physically demanding role.
• Strong customer-facing skills regardless of customer technical knowledge.
• Telecoms background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily work schedule for timely installations and repairs.
• Perform full fibre installations, including surveying and testing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and safety.
