SER-IN in Corby is seeking a diligent Bookings Coordinator to manage daily bookings for field engineers. This role focuses on efficient scheduling, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving in a busy environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with 20 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays. A vehicle technology sector setting offers steady admin and coordination responsibilities within a trusted team.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, bookings, logistics, administration or coordination is beneficial.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident communicating over the phone and via email.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and coordinate installation/service jobs for field engineers.
• Manage around 20–25 bookings per day.
• Liaise with engineers to optimise scheduling.
• Reschedule appointments when plans change.
• Communicate with customers and other parties about bookings.
• Ensure engineers have correct information and support.
• Keep booking data accurate and up to date.
• Manage schedule changes throughout the day.
• Resolve scheduling issues using initiative and common sense.
• Support wider team with general admin and coordination tasks.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required.
