Job summary

SER Limited in Corby is seeking a proactive Bookings Coordinator / Job Scheduler to manage daily bookings for field engineers. This role involves coordinating 20–25 bookings per day, ensuring engineers have what they need to complete jobs, and adapting plans quickly as priorities shift.

Ideal candidates are organized, capable of communicating by phone and email, and comfortable working in a busy environment. Full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and 27k–30k DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, bookings, logistics, administration or coordination advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating installation/service jobs for field engineers
• Managing approximately 20-25 bookings per day
• Liaising with engineers to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently
• Rescheduling appointments where jobs are cancelled, postponed or rearranged
• Communicating with customers and other relevant parties regarding bookings
• Ensuring engineers have the correct information and support required for their jobs
• Keeping booking and scheduling information accurate and up to date
• Managing changes to the schedule throughout the day
• Dealing with queries and resolving scheduling issues using initiative and common sense
• Supporting the wider team with general administration and coordination duties
• Taking on additional responsibilities as required
