Job summary

Zip Water UK is seeking an Engineer Dispatcher to join our service team and help deliver world-class customer care. You will schedule repair and maintenance visits, coordinate with engineers and customers, and ensure timely communication to maintain service levels.

The role focuses on diary management, parts dispatch, and handling enquiries by phone and email. You will work collaboratively to meet targets and uphold our customer-first values.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling repair and planned maintenance visits for engineers, booking appointments and managing their diaries
• Liaising with engineers, customers, and managers
• Sending out parts to customers and engineers
• Daily communications with customers internal and external
• Dealing with incoming customer enquiries both by telephone and email
• Ensure priority customer calls are raised correctly
• Liaise with customers to advise them of site attendance
• General Data Entry
• Actively seek to achieve all service levels
