Zip Water is seeking an Engineer Dispatcher in Dereham to coordinate repair and maintenance visits, manage engineers’ diaries and ensure smooth daily operations. You will liaise with engineers, customers and managers, arrange parts dispatch, and handle inquiries via phone and email with an emphasis on accuracy and timely responses.

• Schedule repair and planned maintenance visits for engineers.
• Liaise with engineers, customers and managers.
• Send out parts to customers and engineers.
• Handle daily communications with customers (internal and external).
• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Ensure priority calls are raised correctly.
• Advise customers of site attendance.
• General data entry.
• Strive to meet service levels.
