Job summary

Dräger is seeking a Deployment support professional to assist in the roll-out of products and services across Scotland and UK markets. The role involves training customers, performing commissioning on breathing apparatus, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Projects to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The candidate should bring technical aptitude, training experience, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive, team-driven approach to field deployments across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Ideally a technical qualification in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics (HND/NVQ).
• Significant related experience in an appropriate industry sector is desirable.
• Teaching/training experience or a certified face-fit tester is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide required face fit tests at agreed locations.
• Complete face fit test documentation and make available as required.
• Provide customer training in accordance with agreed content at locations.
• Complete customer training documentation for records.
• Perform commissioning activities to Dräger breathing apparatus & systems as needed.
• Support Dräger departments such as Sales, Marketing and Projects on request.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and proper handling of company assets and tools.
