Dräger in the UK is seeking a proactive RSS Service Operations Engineer to deliver and manage Rental and Safety Service projects across the UK, with a base at Grangemouth.

You will bridge customers, field service teams, and management, planning deployments, asset management, and continuous improvement. This role requires significant travel and field-based work, with emphasis on safety, technical leadership and mentoring of service personnel.

Qualifications

• Ideally a technical qualification in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics such as an HND or NVQ.
• Full UK driving license.
• Significant related experience in appropriate industry sector.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day delivery of RSS business across the UK.
• Ensure contractual obligations and performance targets are met.
• Act as customer contact for operational matters and service delivery.
• Co-ordinate operational activities for service, maintenance, repair, rental and projects UK wide.
• Support RSS Operations Manager in objectives and improvements.
• Lead safety and quality practices across projects and field work.
