Job summary

Dräger in the UK is seeking a proactive RSS Service Operations Engineer based at Grangemouth, with field-based UK travel. You will oversee operational delivery, performance and contract execution across Rental Safety Services, partnering with field service teams and customers to ensure safety, service quality and business growth.

You will manage shutdowns, project delivery, asset management, technical support and continuous improvements, mentoring engineers, coordinating resources, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Ideally a technical qualification in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics (e.g. HND/NVQ).
• Significant related experience in a similar RSS/industrial services role.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel UK-wide.
• Experience mentoring and developing less experienced staff.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of RSS services UK-wide and ensure targets are met.
• Plan and execute customer shutdowns and project work with stakeholders.
• Coordinate field service engineers, regional managers and agency staff.
• Manage RSS rental fleets, assets and related logistics.
• Provide technical leadership and support for RSS activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and conduct reviews.
• Support business development with technical input and opportunities.
• Uphold IMS, COSHH, and safety requirements across activities.
• Ensure accurate service documentation and reporting.
