Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Delivery Manager to lead a regional team across the South East, London to Portsmouth. You will drive operational performance, manage contracts, and develop a high-performing field workforce.

This hybrid role involves regular site visits, remote work, and occasional office attendance, with a company car provided and strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field-based engineering or service teams.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial/industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Experience reviewing contracts and delivering against SLAs.
• Proven people leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• IOSH qualification or similar Health & Safety training desirable.
• Competent with Microsoft Office and field service systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East region.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop HVAC technicians.
• Ensure service standards and contractual obligations are met.
• Review service contracts and monitor SLAs.
• Manage resource planning and workloads to maximise productivity and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Review and approve repair quotations while maintaining margins.
• Conduct regular site visits to support technicians and ensure quality.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance including RAMS, PPE, tool management and calibration.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive service excellence and growth.

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Field Delivery Manager to lead a team of technicians across the South East region, covering London to Portsmouth. In this role, you'll drive operational performance, ensure contractual commitments are delivered, maintain strong customer relationships, and support the development of a high-performing field team. This is a hybrid role involving regular site visits across the region, remote working, and occasional office attendance. A company car is provided.

How you will do it

• Lead, coach and develop a team of HVAC technicians.
• Ensure contractual obligations, service standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
• Review service contracts and monitor performance against agreed service levels.
• Manage resource planning and workload allocation to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Review and approve remedial repair quotations while maintaining business margins.
• Conduct regular site visits to support technicians and ensure service quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including RAMS, PPE, tool management and equipment calibration.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive service excellence and business growth.
