Job summary

• Experience in enforcement, warrants, field collections or debt recovery.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Attend commercial premises to execute court-issued warrants.
• Engage with business owners and customers face to face.
• Attempt to secure payment or appropriate resolution before further action.
• Explain options and next steps clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with engineers, locksmiths and other authorised parties as needed.
• Remain calm and professional in potentially confrontational situations.
• Manage geographical workload and daily schedule independently.
• Complete accurate records and reports after visits.
• Liaise with internal collections, operations and support teams.
• Represent the business professionally during all customer interactions.
