Job summary

Yü Group is recruiting a Field Debt Resolution Officer for the Midlands to visit commercial sites and resolve debt issues with a face-to-face, on-site approach. The role emphasizes professionalism, strong communication, and field leadership across Birmingham, Derby and Leicester areas.

The successful applicant will manage Warrant of Entry visits, coordinate with engineers and maintain regulatory compliance while driving improvements in field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months field debt experience in any industry.
• High level of professionalism and leadership by example.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong rapport with customers.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face visits to B2B customer sites to recover debt and enable agreed meter installations.
• Train, coach, and mentor engineers to be confident and professional B2B debt operatives.
• Lead on Warrants visits while ensuring safety, professionalism, and compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with support teams to drive improvements in field operations and customer outcomes.
• Provide accurate reporting and feedback to evolve processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards; act as a role model for operational excellence.
