Job summary

Yü-Smart Ltd is seeking a Field Debt Resolution Officer to cover London North and surrounding areas. The role involves on-site, field-based debt recovery visits to business customers, training engineers, and leading warrant visits with a focus on professionalism and safety.

You will travel within the M25 corridor, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with a £35,000 base salary plus £10,000 quality bonus and a £4,500 car allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of field debt experience in any industry or discipline.
• High level of professionalism and strong communication skills.
• Able to take control of situations and lead by example.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially face-to-face with customers.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face visits to B2B customer sites to recover debt and enable agreed meter installations.
• Train, coach, and mentor engineers to be professional debt operatives.
• Lead and support other team members on warrant visits while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with support teams to improve field operations and customer outcomes.
• Provide accurate reporting and feedback to evolve processes.
