Job summary

Yü Group is seeking a Field Debt Resolution Officer for the Midlands, focusing on on-site, face-to-face debt resolution with B2B clients across Birmingham, Derby, and Leicester. The role emphasizes professional, empathetic engagement and leadership of a small team during warrants of entry.

The position requires at least 12 months of field debt experience, strong communication, and a proactive attitude. Travel within the Midlands is expected, with a base salary of £35,000 plus a £10,000 quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of field debt experience required.
• High level of professionalism and composure.
• Ability to lead by example and manage priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in person.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face visits to B2B sites to recover debt and enable installations.
• Train, coach, and mentor engineers for debt operations.
• Lead visits and support other team members on warrants with safety and compliance in mind.
• Collaborate with support teams to improve field operations and outcomes.
• Provide accurate reporting and feedback to evolve processes.
