Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is seeking Arrest Officers for the South West region to execute court-issued warrants and enforcement instructions. You will engage with defendants, arrange surrenders, secure payments, and conduct investigations in a dynamic field-based role.

The job requires strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, with flexibility to cover different enforcement activities and geographic areas.

Qualifications

• Experience with execution of court-issued warrants and enforcement activity.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging with defendants and customers.
• Calm, professional and respectful when dealing with conflict or challenging situations.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage a varied and demanding caseload.
• Flexibility to work across enforcement activities and geographic areas.
• Basic IT skills including handheld devices and electronic reporting.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Execute warrants and enforcement instructions including Arrest Warrants and Council Tax enforcement.
• Visit addresses and conduct investigations to locate defendants and debtors.
• Facilitate planned surrenders and arrange payment plans and compliance.
• Carry out arrests and provide safe, lawful transport when required.
• Manage a diverse caseload across enforcement disciplines to meet requirements.
• Complete documentation and maintain records using handheld devices and company systems.
• Communicate professionally to handle challenging situations and conflicts.
• Travel across the region to ensure actions meet timescales.
