• Experience in a customer-facing role within field-based or on-site environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to excellent service.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across the North East region.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to represent DeterTech professionally at customer locations.
• Collaborative mindset to work with Sales, Customer Success, Engineers, and ARC teams.
• Familiarity with security systems is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-site surveys and assessments for customers and identify appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and issue quotations following surveys and coordinate with orders where possible.
• Coordinate customer requirements and support field-based sales colleagues and Operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during establishment of Customer Solutions, providing a professional, customer-focused presence.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of site visits, findings and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineers and ARC teams to ensure customer needs are clearly communicated and solutions are delivered.
