Westerleigh Group is hiring a Divisional Crematorium Assistant for a field-based role based at Great Glen Cemetery & Crematorium with travel to other sites. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts across a three-hour travel radius and includes overnight stays, with a base salary of £26,842–£28,000 plus uplift after FBCA training and a performance bonus.

Qualificações
- Full driving licence and own transport required.
- Ability to travel and stay away from home on short notice.
- Full training provided; bereavement/funeral industry experience beneficial but not essential.
- Able to work flexibly across 5 days incl. weekends, evenings and early mornings.
Responsabilidades
- Regular travel and overnight stays to sites in the division.
- Involved in the end-to-end cremation process with FBCA qualification under supervision.
- Prepare and manage chapel before services and welcome families/Directors.
- Answer calls with high customer service using Word/Excel and email.
- Ad hoc tasks such as gardening, maintaining grounds, and service support.
