Responsibilities include visiting customers to resolve arrears, negotiating repayment plans, accepting payments, and updating account statuses in real time with an Orbit-supplied iPad.

Qualifikationen

• Clear criminal record.
• Full UK driving licence (own car) and business insurance where required.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently.

Aufgaben

• Visit customers to resolve arrears and discuss payment options.
• Handle accounts for regulated and non-regulated clients, including reconnection visits.
• Accept payments, set up repayment plans and re-engage customers with client services.
• Educate customers about consequences of non-payment.
• Update account outcomes in real time using Orbit-supplied iPad.
