Job summary

Orbit Credit Services is seeking a Field Collections Agent to visit customers at home, discuss arrears, and arrange sustainable repayment options. The role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously in the field.

You will manage both regulated and non-regulated accounts, process payments, and reconnect clients with Orbit services while updating outcomes in real time via an Orbit-issued iPad. The position offers a 40-hour week with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for in-home visits.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in the field.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to discuss outstanding arrears and available payment options.
• Manage both regulated and non-regulated accounts.
• Process payments and arrange suitable repayment plans.
• Reconnect customers with relevant client services and support.
• Explain the potential consequences of continued non-payment.
• Update account outcomes in real time using an Orbit-issued iPad.
