Job summary

Convatec seeks a Clinical Development Specialist to drive sales through clinical influence across Continence Care and Amcare. You will disseminate clinical value, support new account implementations and mentor teams. The role is field-based, with 60% client-facing and a company car, covering the South UK territory.

You will develop education materials, contribute to tenders and work with multiple functions to deliver patient-focused outcomes and evidence-based service improvements.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse or Pharmacist with MedTech experience.
• Experience delivering clinical education, training or mentoring.
• Strong understanding of clinical evidence and its practical use.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support across Continence Care and Amcare services.
• Lead product education for professionals, patients and internal teams.
• Analyse evidence and translate insights into service improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory and Amcare teams.
