Job summary

Convatec seeks a field-based Continence Care Specialist to drive sustainable growth by engaging with clinical and commercial stakeholders across community and acute care. You will educate, train, and implement pathways to support formulary wins and drive product adoption.

The role involves 90% customer-facing work, 4 days per week in the field, with a company car, and travel across North UK/Scotland. You will develop account plans and deliver training on Convatec products.

Qualifications

• Proven clinical experience in the healthcare sector.
• Proven sales experience within medical devices, healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prescribing and clinical stakeholders across acute and community care.
• Initiate and support product evaluations in hospital and community settings.
• Drive product uptake following formulary approval and inclusion within guidelines.
