Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Continence Care Specialist to drive sustainable growth by engaging clinical and commercial stakeholders across community and acute settings in the UK. The role combines education, training, formulary implementation and pathway development to pull through approved initiatives.

This field-based position includes a company car and requires about 90% customer facing, with four days in the field per week and some overnight duties, covering North UK and Scotland.

Qualifications

• Proven clinical experience and sales in medical devices or healthcare.
• Degree educated in science/healthcare or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full UK driving license; ability to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prescribing and clinical stakeholders across acute and community care settings.
• Drive product uptake after formulary approval and local guidelines.
• Deliver training on safe and effective product use.
• Plan and execute local educational initiatives and clinical activities.
• Utilise CRM to record interactions and opportunities.
