Convatec is seeking a Continence Care Specialist to drive sustainable territory growth by engaging with clinicians and procurement teams across community and acute care settings. You will educate on Convatec products, support formulary implementation, develop pathways, and ensure uptake of approved initiatives while working 4 days a week in the field and traveling nationally.

This remote UK role includes a company car and a strong focus on training, data collection, and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

• Proven clinical and sales background in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience selling into primary and/or secondary care environments.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Degree educated or equivalent, ideally with scientific/healthcare background.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with strong objective attainment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong territory planning and account management capabilities.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Commercial acumen with financial accountability.
• Proficient IT skills (MS Excel, PPT, Word) and CRM experience.
• English mother tongue or high proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Full driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with key prescribing and clinical stakeholders across acute and community care.
• Initiate and support product evaluations in partnership with Clinical Development Manager.
• Drive uptake and utilisation following formulary approval and guideline inclusion.
• Maximise opportunities by ensuring pull-through of approved formularies and pathways.
• Increase access to Convatec brands through formulary inclusion and stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver training on safe, effective use of Convatec products.
• Plan and implement local educational initiatives and service improvement projects.
• Record all interactions and opportunities in CRM in line with KPIs.
