Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Continence Care Specialist to drive sustainable territory growth by engaging clinicians and commercial stakeholders across community and acute care in the UK. You will educate, train, support formulary implementation, and develop care pathways to accelerate product adoption.

This field-based role offers a company car and roughly 90% customer-facing work, with four days in the field weekly and overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Clinical background and healthcare experience.
• Sales experience in medical devices, healthcare or pharma.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Degree or equivalent; science/healthcare background preferred.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Territory planning and account management ability.
• Data analysis skills translating insights into actions.
• Commercial acumen and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prescribing and clinical stakeholders across acute and community settings.
• Initiate and support product evaluations with hospital and community partners.
• Drive product uptake after formulary approval and guideline inclusion.
• Maximise opportunities by pulling through approved formularies, pathways and initiatives.
• Increase access via formulary inclusion and stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver training on safe and appropriate use of Convatec products.
• Plan and implement local educational initiatives and service improvement projects.
• Execute accounts plans aligned to regional strategies and maintain compliance.
