Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Clinical Development Specialist – Continence Care to drive sales performance through clinical influence and stakeholder mobilisation. This field-based role covers the South UK, requires 60% customer facing work, and includes a company car.

You will deliver clinical education, support NHS services, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to develop pathways and referrals.

Qualifications

• Deliver product education to healthcare professionals, patients, partners and internal teams.
• Lead clinical induction, coaching and ongoing development for Continence Care and Amcare colleagues.
• Conduct and support clinical audits and service evaluations.
• Analyse clinical data to identify service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver patient reviews and support ISC clinics in NHS acute and community settings.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals to develop services, pathways and referrals.
• Provide clinical expertise for tenders, contracts, formularies and product adoption.
