Job summary

Everywhen is seeking a field-based Claims Executive to focus on mid-market client claims across Scotland, NI, North West, Central and South East England. You will manage claims efficiently while analysing data to forecast and support risk management, acting as the conduit between clients, brokers, and insurers.

Qualifications

• Broad technical knowledge of all general classes of insurance.
• Confident to challenge insurers on policy interpretation and apply it to claims.
• Able to present and host client reviews, analyse claims data, spot trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple sites and teams.
• Able to liaise with external and internal legal counsel to interpret advice.

Responsibilities

• The primary focus is mid-market client management for all client types, maintaining claims service standards.
• Conduct claims analysis for defensibility and risk management.
• Review industry trends to advise clients on preventative measures.
• Arrange and manage regular client claim review meetings and provide up-to-date MI.
• Support Account Executives and broking teams at renewals and new business meetings as required.
• Produce claims information and reports for renewals and reviews.
• Collaborate with broking and new business teams to deliver high-quality claims data and propositions.
• Ensure all claims details are recorded accurately in PAS systems.
• Proactively manage all claims and escalate issues per policy and procedures.
