Everywhen is seeking a field-based Claims Executive to focus on mid-market client claims across our client base. You will manage claims efficiently, analyse data, forecast trends, and provide risk management insight while acting as the main liaison between clients, broking teams, TPAs and insurers.

This role emphasizes client-centric, collaborative service, ensuring timely claims handling and reporting, attending renewal meetings, and supporting new business with clear, actionable information.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of general insurance classes and policy wordings.
• Ability to interpret policy wordings and explain cover to clients.
• Strong client-facing and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Focus on large client management for mid-market claims.
• Analyse claims data to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare and present claims MI for meetings.
• Maintain accurate claims records per procedures.
