Job summary

Everywhen is seeking a field-based Claims Executive to focus on mid-market client claims across specified regions. You will analyse claims data, forecast trends, and provide risk management oversight while acting as the primary conduit between clients and broking teams, with strong collaboration with insurers and TPAs.

You will lead client claim reviews, support renewal discussions, and deliver timely, accurate claims information.

Qualifications

• Broad technical knowledge of general classes of insurance.
• Ability to read, understand and explain policy wordings to clients and colleagues.
• Strong client-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Focus on large client management in the mid-market proposition across client types; adhere to claims procedures.
• Analyze claims data for defensibility and risk management insights.
• Review industry trends to advise clients on preventative measures.
• Prepare and attend regular client claim review meetings with up-to-date claims MI.
• Support renewal and new business meetings with technical input for the account team.
• Produce timely claims information for renewals and reviews; ensure accuracy in PAS systems.
• Collaborate with broking and new business teams to deliver quality claims data and strengthen client retention.
• Flag and escalate complaints, conflicts of interest, and E&O issues per policy.
