Job summary

Cera in Wirral is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead and support community care teams. You will conduct client assessments, supervise carers, and ensure safe, person-centred care delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within health or social care.
• Ideally relevant care qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above) or working towards.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
