Job summary

Cera is seeking a compassionate, organised Field Care Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality care in the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, supporting care staff, and ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred care.

You will conduct assessments, supervise carers, complete spot checks, and document visits while ensuring regulatory and company standards are met. A driving licence and NVQ level 3 or equivalent help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising health or social care staff.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (or working towards).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support and mentor care workers in the field.

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• Ideally relevant care qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above) [or equivalent] or working towards
