Job summary

Agincare Group in Bristol is seeking a Field Care Supervisor who is passionate about supporting clients and care teams. You will spend time out in the community visiting clients, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, safe care.

The role requires supervisory experience in social care, strong organisation, a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle, and availability for 40 hours per week including on-call shifts. Full UK rights to work are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• A well-organised, self-motivated approach.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld.
• Take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
