Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd. is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in the Battersea area. You will implement field-based quality control systems, support care workers and ensure high standards of care.

Core duties include spot checks, care plan writing and on-call rota participation. Full driving license and CQC knowledge are essential for the role.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to cover on-call to meet the needs of the business (essential).
• Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential).
• Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
• Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred).
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).
• 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people.

Responsibilities

• Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager.
• Ability to deliver high standards of care.
• Participate in the paid on-call rota.
• Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans.
• Building relationships with care staff and service users.
• Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.

Client Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping.
