Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd. is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in London’s Battersea area to lead quality care delivery and support a team of care workers. You’ll implement field-based quality controls, run care assessments, and assist in regulatory inspections, ensuring high standards of service.

The role offers a salary of £26,000–£28,000 per annum, a £350 Refer a Friend Bonus, a company mobile phone, and ongoing training for Care Certificate and professional development. Immediate interviews available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care preferred.
• Full Driving Licence preferred or access to a vehicle.
• Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years in Health & Social Care preferred.
• Knowledge of CQC standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in the Battersea area.

Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:

• Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
• Ability to deliver high standards of care
• Participate in the paid on-call rota
• Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
• Building relationships with care staff and service users
• Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
• Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required

Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting with as a Field Care Supervisor:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping.

We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join us who are:
