Job summary

Care Outlook is recruiting a Field Care Coordinator to support and develop home care services in Hastings. You will monitor care quality, support carers, and assist with assessments and plans in a busy community setting.

Ideal candidates will have a NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, a full driving licence, and experience with CQC standards. We offer training, a company phone, and a competitive salary with holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle required.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance essential.
• Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years in Health & Social Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spot-check carers in the community and report training concerns.
• Deliver high standards of care and support Field Care Workers.
• Participate in paid on-call rota as required.
• Complete care assessments and write Care Plans.
• Build strong relationships with staff and service users.
• Assist the registered manager with inspections by the local authority and CQC.
• Assist the care coordinator with duties as required.

We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Coordinator to maintain and develop our home care services Hastings.

Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Coordinator:

• Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
• Ability to deliver high standards of care
• Participate in the paid on-call rota
• Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
• Building relationships with care staff and service users
• Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
• Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required

We are looking for a Field Care Coordinator to join us who are:
