Job summary

Care Outlook is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to manage and develop our home care services in the Lambeth area, London. You will oversee care staff, conduct spot checks, complete assessments and care plans, and support the registered manager to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires a driving licence and knowledge of CQC standards; NVQ Level 3 is preferred. We offer training, a competitive salary, a company mobile phone, and 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential)
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
• Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)
• Flexibility to cover on-call to meet business needs (essential)

Responsibilities

• Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
• Deliver high standards of care
• Participate in the paid on-call rota
• Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
• Building relationships with care staff and service users

Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:

Examples of the client's needs you will be supporting with as a Field Care Supervisor:
